Welcome to Kyoto! For your convenience, ABC-AP2013 committee provides two options to make your hotel reservation easier.

First Option - Direct reservation to Kyoto Garden Palace Hotel (Closer to the venue)

Second Option - Reservation via JTB Corporation (For hotels closer to downtown Kyoto)

If you wish to stay at our recommended hotels conveniently located around the area, please read the instructions below and follow the simple steps for your pleasant stay in Kyoto in spring 2013.

First Option: Direct reservation to Kyoto Garden Palace Hotel

ABC-AP2013 committee has reserved a certain number of rooms for the conference attendees at Kyoto Garden Palace Hotel at the special ABC members' rates. Kyoto Garden Palace Hotel, where the evening reception will be held on March 14, enjoys the beautiful location in front of Kyoto Imperial Palace. It is also one of the closest hotels to the conference venue: within a 15-minute walk. Please note that the number of reserved rooms may not be sufficient for all attendees. Therefore, the priority reservation will be on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

Second Option: Reservation via JTB Corporation

ABC-AP2013 committee has appointed JTB Corporation (a leading travel agency in Japan) as an official coordinator for your accommodation needs. JTB Corporation will offer special rates for ABC members at the hotels in four different convenient locations in the Shijo area, rather an exciting downtown district of Kyoto. These hotels are indicated in the map on the right (click to see in PDF). These hotels are:

2) Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Sanjo

3) Hearton Hotel Kyoto

4) Viainn Kyoto Shijo Muromachi
