Abstract

The big factor for the success of the film is that the communication by word of mouth expands and the movie becomes the topic of the people. The modern communication of word of mouth evolved through the evolution of new technologies such as SNS, also the style of communication and speed. As a result, the traditional business style of the Hollywood movie business, which is looks like flowed downstream from upstream, has been shifting to the “Business Eco System” of the new film industry that circulates business. As a result, the film evolves into a new film business that creates social phenomena, rebooted with old and former hit movies, and makes hit movies series for long-term. So, the movie company’s Eternal Challenge, how can we increase the success rate of the film? I would like to consider from the viewpoint of word-of-mouth with communication.
