[ Important Notice For Presenters ]
1) One presentation session should not exceed
25 minutes
(20-min presentation & 5-min Q&A)
including preparation.
Please be punctual to keep all the sessions on time. Attendees have only 5
minutes to change rooms.
2) There will be no MC (time-keeper), just like the annual
convention of ABC.
3) Each presentation room A, B, and C, is equipped with a Windows7
PC (PowerPoint 2010 installed), projector, screen, and electric outlet.
A VGA (D-sub 15pins) cable for your laptop connection is available at the
presentation desk, but
No HDMI / DVI connections
in the room. If you wish to use your Mac or other portable devices, please
bring your own attachment(s).
4)
The committee does not guarantee that you can use: (1) audio-output for PC
and (2) DVD/CD player in the room. In case you need or wish to use them
for your presentation, consult the ABC-AP2013 committee as soon as
possible.
5) Since all the presentation slots are fixed, we are unable to change or
swap your presentation slot(s) upon your request.
